Hollande says the crisis in Europe is over

The French president said Saturday that the crisis in Europe has come to an end, adding that the crisis, rather than weaken the euro zone, "will strengthen it."

"What you have to realize, here in Japan, is that the crisis in Europe ended. Now we have all the instruments of stability and solidarity.
