What would you think if you heard that the police had spotters on the roof, bomb sniffing dogs and the bomb squad on the scene at the BEGINNING of the Boston Marathon yesterday? This is not a theoretical exercise because apparently, they did.
According to the University of Mobile’s Cross Country Coach Ali Stevenson, there were bomb sniffing dogs at the start and finish line of the race. Stevenson also said he saw spotters on the roofs and added,“They kept making announcements to the participants do not worry, it’s just a training exercise.”
