Austerity drives Portuguese to despair

Lisbon's likely to request a third revision to its deficit targets agreed with EU and IMF creditors, as part of its 78-billion euro international bailout. That as the country's financial crisis continues to gain momentum. But while budget cuts will have little affect on the rich, further belt tightening by working class Portuguese people is leaving them desperate for their future.
