Barroso said today that the United States facing financial crises should not blame others for your problems.
"The countries facing difficulties for the mistakes of the financial sector should show more responsibility, must show that take seriously the analysis and correction of mistakes without blaming others," said José Manuel Barroso, in a joint press conference with Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann.
Barroso stressed that a concern is the widening gap between the countries north and south of the European Union and called for abandoning the stereotypes and greater solidarity between Member States.
