SB 1439 of Arizona for Legal Gold & Silver Passes Rules Committee 7-2
AZ’s SB 1439, with local and nationwide support and action, passed the House Rules Committee 7 to 2 votes. The vote adds to SB 1439′s victory and gained momentum within the Senate, and will now move forward to the Committee of the Whole, a final House Vote, and most anticipated, face Governor Brewer’s stroke of the pen law passer/blocker authority.
With massive support from the public and additionally-at the demand of the public-legislators, SB 1439′s most difficult challenge lays with Governor Brewer.
